I’m Lisa. Welcome to Elemental with Lisa.

1) of, relating to, or being the basic or essential constituent of something
2) simple, uncomplicated, fundamental

I am a super curious person and absolutely love learning everything I can about nutrition and longevity. This passion has been with me for as long as I can remember, but it really kicked in around a decade ago when I was struggling to resolve a few chronic (lifelong) health conditions of my own which included asthma, eczema and pretty serious gastrointestinal problems. After years of research, spending thousands on experts and trying numerous diet plans and supplements, I learned that one size doesn’t fit all! Trust me when I say I know what its like to be searching aimlessly for a cure!

Through all this, I have learned that there is no such thing as a quick fix, no magic pill that can resolve chronic health conditions. Good health is here for all who want and value it, we just need to listen to what our bodies are telling us is needed and do the work. We have to break things down to an elemental level to understand where we have taken a wrong turn and how to correct it.

Being a curious person, I am also a serial student, always signing up for a course if it means I can deepen my understanding, especially when it comes to health and wellbeing. I have completed Alexx Stuart’s Low Tox Method (LTM) course and am a certified LTM Coach. I am super-excited to be able to share some amazing information with you to help you reduce toxins in your life. I have also developed some great hands-on (face-to-face and virtual) workshops to help you remove environmental toxins from your life and switch to more natural alternatives. Topics so far include sunscreen, natural skincare, gluten-free cooking and more!

As I continue through Nutrition degree, I am excited to say I am a qualified health coach and am available for consultations (either face to face or via zoom) with anyone wishing to take the first step towards wellness. I work in partnership with you to find the root cause of any symptoms you have and address the body as a whole.

In my free time I love to spend time in nature, hang out in my kitchen or organic veggie garden and concoct natural and low tox solutions from herbs I find in my garden or essential oils. I am also a Mum of two beautiful kids and a wife to a very patient husband! I cannot wait to complete my degree so that I can work with you to help you live a life full of vitality and good health.
